From tech pack creation to construction detailing, we translate creative direction into factory ready documentation that supports efficient production execution.
Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We source fabrics, trims, fillings, and components through a curated network of mills and workshops across Vietnam, aligned with your quality, aesthetic, and pricing requirements.
Sampling & Technical Review
We coordinate prototype development, fit reviews, construction refinements, and material validations directly with selected factories to ensure samples align both technically and commercially before production.
Throughout the process, we manage feedback loops, supplier communication, and adjustment rounds to refine proportions, comfort, finishes, workmanship, and overall feasibility before moving into bulk production.
Production Coordination (CMT & FOB)
Depending on the project structure, we support both CMT and FOB production models.
For CMT projects, we coordinate factory execution using client nominated materials and suppliers. For FOB projects, we manage the process more integrally, from sourcing and production coordination to quality control and export preparation.
This flexible approach allows us to adapt to different operational needs while keeping the process seamless and transparent.
Quality Control & Logistics
Pre-shipment inspections, AQL testing, packing specifications and shipping coordination, ensuring your product arrives exactly as approved, on time.
Throughout the process, we oversee quality checks, packaging validation, loading coordination, and export preparation to ensure consistency between approved samples and final production, while reducing risks before shipment and delivery.
